1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Create Your Empire™ websites and to any purchase, registration or participation in our products, programs, events and communities. By using our sites or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our sites or services.

You agree to use our sites lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, attempt to access areas you’re not authorized to use, or copy content except as these terms allow.

4. Accounts and access

Some products and programs include access to a member area. Keep your login details confidential. Access is for you only and may not be shared or transferred. We may suspend access that is shared or misused.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time before you buy. Applicable taxes are added where required. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

6. Physical products and shipping

Shipping costs, delivery areas and estimated dispatch times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Support page. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Delivery times are estimates, and we aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

7. Digital products, programs and events

• Digital products, trainings, recordings and resources are licensed for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not share, resell, copy or distribute them.
• Live events may be recorded. Dates, times and formats may change; if they do, we’ll notify registered participants by email.
• Access periods, if any, are stated on the product or program page.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms are stated on each product’s sales or checkout page and apply to that purchase.

The Empire Money Method™ paperback is sold by Amazon and other retailers. Orders, shipping, returns and refunds for the book are handled by the retailer you bought from, under that retailer’s policies.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our sites and in our products, including text, videos, graphics, frameworks, logos and trademarks such as Create Your Empire™ and The Empire Money Method™, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it without our written permission, except for personal use as allowed in these terms.

10. Results and earnings disclaimer

Our products and programs are educational. We do not guarantee any specific income, results or outcomes. Any examples, testimonials or earnings mentioned are not typical and depend on many factors, including your effort, experience, skills and market conditions. You’re responsible for your own decisions and results.

11. No professional advice

Our content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.

Testimonials reflect the real experiences of the people who gave them. They are not a guarantee that you’ll get the same results.

13. Community guidelines

In our communities, group chats and live events, please be respectful and kind. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam, and don’t share other members’ personal information. We may remove content or members that break these guidelines. If you share content with us (such as a testimonial), you allow us to use it to promote our work, with your name or initials if you agree.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our sites, products or programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or program the claim relates to.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of our sites, products or programs, or your breach of these terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and without affecting any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country, state or province where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to your use from that date.
