Create Your Empire™ with Melanie Greenough is operated by Creating Empires Online LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit our websites, register for our events, buy our products, or join our programs and communities, including the Empire Launch Crew for The Empire Money Method™.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us, such as:

• Your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number
• Shipping and billing address for physical orders
• Book order numbers and where you bought the book
• Answers you give in forms and questionnaires (for example, how you plan to share the book, or the name you use in Messenger)
• Messages you send us, and posts you share in our communities

Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically, such as your browser and device type, IP address, pages visited, and whether you open or click our emails, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

• To provide what you asked for: event registration and reminders, product delivery, program and community access
• To process payments and ship physical orders
• To verify book purchases and manage Empire Launch Crew registration and bonuses
• To send transactional messages, such as receipts, access details, event reminders and shipping updates
• To send marketing emails, only with your consent
• To answer your questions and provide support
• To improve our websites, content and offers
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud

4. Consent and email marketing

We send marketing emails only to people who have given us permission, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act. Marketing consent is always optional and is never a condition of buying or registering.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or by contacting us at [email protected]. You may still receive transactional messages about orders or programs you’re part of.

5. How we share your information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed to provide their services. These include:

• Our website, forms, CRM and email platform
• Our payment processor
• Printing, fulfillment and shipping partners for physical orders
• Video meeting and webinar platforms for live events
• Messaging platforms (such as Facebook Messenger) when you choose to join a group chat. Your use of those platforms is also covered by their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

6. Where your information is stored

Our service providers may store and process your information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws, and your information may be accessible to their authorities under those laws.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to provide our products and programs, keep accurate business records, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including secure, encrypted payment processing and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
